Heading Home Till March

Yesterday was fairly smooth. Took all day, but smooth.

We have all the supplies for the continuing home treatments and are all set to enjoy our time at home. Please keep Connor Coen in your thoughts and prayers! He is hoping to be able to have the difficult tumor resection surgery very soon. Because of rantings on this blog, his aunt and uncle got him a milkshake from Jackson Hole yesterday and he said it was almost as good as the ones his dad makes!! Type in Connorstory from www.carepages.com to get to his blog.

For anyone travelling to NY, you might try these restaurants:

Italian (Campagnolia, Scalinatella, Primola)
Steak (Wolfgangs, Delmonicos, Old Homestead)
Deli (Carnegie, Blooms)
Pizza (Patsys)
Bar (Rare View on top of the Shellbourne Hotel - Weather Permitting)

Mexican (El Cholo in Los Angeles or Mecca in Pittsburg, CA)
Burgers (Tommy's in LA or In & Out)
Chinese/Japanese (Most are excellent but skip China Fun)
French (opt out for one of the Italian joints above)

I'll update every few days from home. Thanks everyone for reading this blog and for keeping up on Nick's progress as he battles this beast.
